Those who wish to join RWU who are not railroaders, retirees or family members, can join RWU as an "Associate Member".

Associate Members:

A. Are welcome to participate in RWU functions and activities

B. Shall not be eligible for electionot office in RWU or its Chapters

C. Shall not be eligible to voteon issues before the organization or for election of officers

D. Shall pay dues at half the regular rate of full members ($25.00)
